"We had an amazing time at Nick and Jenny's wonderful cottage. The property was beautiful and set in the most peaceful countryside. So much wildlife and nature to enjoy and the lovely town of Sauve a short walk away as well as lots of walking trails. "We (2 adults, 1 child) stayed at the Gite d’Emma for a very hot week in August. The gite is very modern and very well equipped with everything you could need. The air conditioning unit was incredible and much needed - and kept everyone cool during the heat. The outdoor kitchen is fabulous as is the balcony with beautiful views. "Le gîte est suffisamment grand pour une famille de quatre personnes. Belle piscine très bien entretenue et très agréable. Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine et de la table de ping-pong. Le village de Sauve est à deux kilomètres seulement, accessible à pied ou à vélo par un chemin. Pas mal d’activités sportives (canyoning, canoë, spéléo, randonnée...) et de visites possibles dans les environs, mais on peut aussi faire le choix de profiter du calme et de la piscine pour se reposer....

"Een heerlijk verblijf in het huis van Patrick en Yvonne. Ze hebben ons goed verwelkomd en wisten ons nuttige tips te geven. De keuken is wat verouderd maar geeft zeker geen beperkingen. Het huis is koel, eventueel kan de airco ook aan. Dat was niet altijd nodig ofschoon we er midden in de hete weken waren. De badkamer is zeer comfortabel, een heerlijke doche! Danielle was a lovely hostess and we managed to communicate well despite our limited French. The location is a beautiful and tranquil one outside the village and close to the lagoons.
