"the front desk closes at 7pm and they charge you 25 euro to call them if it's a non-emergency. we didn't have any sheets on one of the beds so there was nothing we could do. rooms are very basic and dated"

"This is for long term stays. There was no bedding in 2 bedroom unit. We were then provided bedding for 1 bed. We had to ask for towels and when you check out, you are responsible for cleaning the room and taking all laundry to laundry center. No restaurants close to property."

"We arrived with 2 young kids to the appartement in a hot July day, to discover there is no AC in the appartement, it was probably 40 degrees C inside which was unbereable. We asked for fans to keep the kids cool but there was none. The pool was very small and busy so not even an option. The room and furniture are very old and outdated, towels disgusting and very very used Such a shame for a so called 4star facility. After 2 hours with no other choice we left and checked out as it was physically...

"Die Anlage ist wunderschön, vor allem sehr ruhig (wir waren im Juni) hier. Allerdings ist Anlange auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Standard der Appartements ist sauber, gepflegt aber einfach. Wir hatten ein App. zu zweit für 4-6 Personen, allerdings mit zwei Kindern wird es sehr eng. Das Kinderzimmer sind extrem klein und hat KEIN Fenster. Wir haben es nur als Abstellraum benutzt. Sehr angenehm war der tägliche Baguette und Croissant Service an der Rezeption. A l'arrivée à 19 heures 30, il y avait une enveloppe scotchée sur la vitrine du local d'accueil avec un plan sur lequel figurait le n° de l'appartement et mon nom. Mais pas de clé et aucune instruction. Nous avons pensé que le logement serait ouvert. Pas du tout. Nous avons contacté Expédia par téléphone qui a tenté de joindre ODALYS. Mais à ce jour aucun résultat et aucune réponse d'ODALYS qui ne nous a même pas contacté dans la...

"Le gîte qui m'a été attribué était sale et sentait fort la peinture, je l'ai signalé et on m'a attribué un autre gîte mais j'ai été très déçue car : gîte vieux, moisissures dans la douche, paroie de douche qui se ferme très mal, pas de draps ni de serviettes de bain ni de gel douche et pas de connection wifi. "

"Really enjoyed the property. Quaint villa property off the beaten path in the beautiful town of Gordes. Perfect location to explore the area. House is very comfortable and in great shape. Off season so didn't get to enjoy the pool but would be the perfect place to relax . Owner was very helpful and nice. "

"Really enjoyed the property. Quaint villa property off the beaten path in the beautiful town of Gordes. Perfect location to explore the area. House is very comfortable and in great shape. "Lovely property with excellent staff. Everyone went out of their way to make us have an amazing experience. Only criticism was that there was a large wedding that overtook and closed the restaurant and bar over several days, which meant we often had to eat in our room. Valet parking and breakfast included in the rate was a nice perk. "

"After being in some other congested, urban areas of France it was a really nice break to stay in a hotel on the edge of town, with a nice river flowing by and lots of greenery. It took about 30 minutes to walk into the central part of town, most of which was along the river on a quiet road. "

Exceptional, luxurious resort?

"Whatever your expectations for a five star luxury hotel, this property exceeded them. We have never been treated so personally, so warmly, and so professionally. From the minute, we arrived by car, they expected us, handled the check-in, and moved us to the front desk, where we were welcomed personally. Our rooms and all of the many restaurants, spa experiences, and views were exceptional. Above all, the concierge service was fantastic from advising us before our stay, during our stay, to offering us navigation For our departure. I would highly recommend this property or any in the Arielle family of luxury resorts. We departed with welcome gifts that we will cherish forever. The only downside was having to compare our next hotels to La Bastide de Gordes!"
