If it weren’t for him reminding us, and asking us if we had our passports, we would have forgotten in the safe after we checked out. Staff is, hands down, the most attentive. "I loved that the hotel is located in a historic building, saving the beautiful exterior and then repurposing the interior with fully modern and comfortable hotel suites with full kitchen, sitting room, separate bedroom and bathroom. Even a washer and dryer! The staff was super nice and directed us to great places to eat. The location in Old Montreal was perfect for exploring that area but also easy to walk to the main downtown."

"I didn't like the $20/day extra fees per room charged that weren't included clearly in the Expedia booking info/charge from the beginning. This isn't exactly the hotel's fault but they should coordinate with Expedia better. They suggested at the front desk at check out that I should have booked directly with them and that I join their hotel group. Not a helpful response. I book with Expedia to get points to stay at a range of places and I would have appreciate more clarity. Otherwise everyone...

All the eclectic art and furniture put a smile on my face every time I walked through the hallways! I would definitely come back and stay here again. "

"The unit was very nice and the area is central. There are all kinds of restaurants nearby and public transportation is about a 5 minute walk away. The only negatives were the quality of the toilet paper(like sandpaper), the shower head was awful, a lack of hooks to hang towels on in the bathroom, no hooks or closet to hang jacket or coats and no tea towel for the kitchen. "
