"Fantastic house and really well equipped, the house is cool inside with extremely comfortable beds and great sunset views. The pool is great and private. Patricia's response rate to questions is quick and any and all queries resolved. The only negative was the building works taking place next door/overlooking the driveway, a new house is being built and the noise from the machinery, cutting of metal, hammering etc was a little annoying. The noise is intermittent but did tend to start at 8am many...

"Le Mayrinet is a rural gite and was much as we expected. It is situated about a 20 minute drive away from Verdun-en- Garonne where there are two supermarkets with everything you need for your stay. However if you are looking for lots to do, then expect to have to drive some distance! All we wanted to do was relax after a long journey through France in our Vintage car and therefore the gite was perfectly situated for us. "Very comfortable and well equipped property with a beautiful garden and pool. Easy to drive to from Toulouse airport. The house is a former agricultural barn, very nicely designed and with modern furniture and furnishings. Everything you need is there and there are places to visit nearby. The lovely host Valerie is next door if you need any assistance. We really enjoyed our week there."

Losse terrastegels en klemmende deuren. Het huis heeft wel de charme van een statig Frans landhuis. De schoonmaak liet te wensen over. Haren op de badkamervloeren en zelfs een niet geleegd vuilnisbakje in de badkamer. We hebben wel heel erg genoten en tot rust gekomen in dit afgelegen vakantiehuis."

The property is not private as the host’s Mother resides downstairs and there are curtains missing from the windows etc. Having read positive reviews by other guests we were excited to stay at this property, however, had to leave within 20 mins of arrival and check into hotel based on smell. "The villa was tastefully decorated and you instantly felt you underpaid!! It was clean spacious and air-conditioned. The en-suites were a good size and the security was second to none. The hosts were kind and always pleased to help and nothing was too much trouble. The garden was great and all-in-all a pleasant oasis. The location was well situated and a comfortable drive from many amenities. Saphire is a great pleasure but don’t feed him cheese! Great property"
