Lieu vraiment propre, lit confortable , sdb impeccable, cuisine complète et piscine parfaite. Espace extérieure bien emménagé avec un paysagement bien entretenu et magnifique. Hôtes attentionnés et très sympathiques. Endroit superbe, allez-y sans hésiter!!!

Et lille paradis
Vi har boet i et rigtig fint og rent studio med adgang til egen stor terrasse og adgang til pool. Alt er pænt møbleret. Udsigten fra terrassen er virkelig skøn til tropisk have og pool. Beliggenheden er så fin i roligt, sikkert og landligt område. Egen bil er en fordel. Tak til Catherine og Frederi. De er hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Vi giver vores varmeste anbefalinger, og vi vender gerne tilbage.

Un petit coin de paradis
Gîte d'une propreté irréprochable, extrêmement bien équipé et idéalement situé dans les hauteurs de Sainte-Anne à 5 minutes du centre-ville et de la plage du Bourg. Tous les équipements sont neufs, le coin piscine est très agréable et bien aménagé, le tout au sein d'un jardin luxuriant parfaitement entretenu par Georges qui a toujours à cœur de partager ses connaissances en botanique. Nous remercions chaleureusement Catherine pour toutes ses petites attentions et notamment pour tout le nécessaire à petit déjeuner accompagné de fruits et d'une bouteille de punch qui nous attendaient à notre arrivée. En somme, nous avons passé un séjour mémorable grâce à nos hôtes discrets et à l'écoute mais toujours présents au besoin que ce soit pour des conseils/recommandations ou tout simplement pour bavarder. Nous sommes des voyageurs aguerris, coutumiers des locations et recommandons sans réserves ! Nous n'envisageons pas de revenir en Guadeloupe ailleurs que chez eux ! Une super découverte et une très belle rencontre...

Bellissima e rilassante vacanza immersi nella natura!
Abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza in questa meravigliosa casa immersa nel verde e nella natura tropicale. L’appartamento è molto pulito e ben attrezzato, il patio è una favola... qui si assapora il vero relax caraibico magari sorseggiando un buon Planteur. Catherine e George sono persone fantastiche e premurose... insomma abbiamo proprio passato una splendida vacanza in totale relax senza dover pensare a nulla. La piscina è una favola. La posizione della casa è perfetta, a soli 5 minuti d’auto dal Centro di Sainte Anne e dalle spiagge più belle. Ci manca già questa vita piena di gente meravigliosa e di colori caraibici. Grazie di tutto! ci torneremo sicuramente!

super séjour à la villa Malaka
Nous avons un passé un excellent séjour à la villa Malaka . Georges et Catherine nous ont offert un accueil trés sympa et sont toujours dispos pour nous donner de bons conseils. Le studio est exactement conforme à la description et très bien équipé. De plus le cadre est splendide avec la piscine et son jardin tropical ( bravo Georges pour la réalisation et l'entretien ) ; et le tout à seulement 5 mn de la plage du bourg ; l'idéal. Pour nous , notre prochain séjour à Sainte Anne , ce sera chez Georges et Catherine . Stéphane

Un petit paradis
Quelle beau séjour chez Catherine et Georges.... L'accueil était juste PARFAIT , le logement est fonctionnel et surtout TRES propre. Petit cadeau de bienvenue à l'arrivée : corbeille de fruits, tout ce qu'il faut pour le petit dejeuner du lendemain, planteur... une attention qui fait vraiment plaisir après un long voyage... Le jardin est juste magnifique, la terrasse donnait sur la piscine et le jardin : c'était juste paradisiaque.... C'était notre premier séjour en Guadeloupe et grâce à tous les conseils de Catherine, nous avons pu faire plein de choses : encore MILLE MERCI. L'année prochaine nous repartons en Guadeloupe, nous avons eu un véritable coup de coeur pour cette île, et bien sûr nous sejourneront chez Catherine et Georges!!

Toujours parfait !
Nous avions passé une semaine il y a 2 ans dans un des "studios" de la villa et quel plaisir de retrouver l'ambiance du magnifique jardin, la très agréable piscine et toutes les beautés de la nature environnante (plages à 5mn en voiture, commerce idem, aucun bruit...). L'accueil de Catherine et Georges est toujours aussi impeccable et attentionné. La qualité de vie est au rendez-vous avec tout le matériel nécessaire, une excellente literie, un calme absolu etc... On aurait presqu'envie de ne pas recommander pour garder le secret pour nous. Bref courez-y !

Très agréable
Nous avons été très bien accueillis et les logements sont très agréables. Nous étions avec un bébé de 14 mois et Catherine et Georges ont tout fait pour que nous ayons tout ce qu'il nous faut. Ils sont à notre écoute et de bon conseil pour les commodités, visites et sorties. Bref notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Nous vous recommandons vivement la location de Catherine et Georges.

Un accueil chaleureux plateau de courtoisie petit dej et ti punch pour nous mettre dans l ambiance Catherine et Georges sont attentifs et discrets pour un séjour merveilleux le studio est grand vue magnifique mer et piscine privée belle terrasse et un jardin magique nous avons hâte d y retourner merci beaucoup pour tout

TRES BON SEJOUR DE 3 SEMAINES
Nous avons été agréablement accueillis dans un appartement nickel décoré de fleurs, des fruits, du planteur et un plateau pour le 1er petit déjeuner nous attendez!!!! un jardin et une piscine magnifique, bien entretenus par Georges. A St ANNE nombreux restos et belle plage avec leur sorbet coco. Catherine et Georges sont de bon conseils et restent discrets (1 machine à laver serait la bienvenue !!!!) pleins de caresses à Piplette la minette. Lisa et Pascal.
