Recent, luxury villa, with a surface area of 180 m² and 200 m² of terrace, installed on a wooded plot of 1800 m² without vis-à-vis, idyllic for rest, relaxation and well-being.

It takes advantage of its exteriors, for sunbathing, swimming in the saltwater pool, BBQ with friends or family, or outdoor games in the garden, ..

Luxury furniture, 3 isolated and air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor and a 30m² mezzanine, quality sleeping accommodation, king size beds, 46'LED TV, very quiet environment.

House designed to live inside - outside, the air circulates and it's never too hot

In the evening, after a drink under the Carbet, you can enjoy the benefits of the SPA located under the covered terrace and enjoy the sunset and the mild tropical nights.

The kitchen has a central island and a bar overlooking the terrace, it is equipped with a piano to delight your taste buds.

Outdoor games: Babington / net / goal / ping pong table ... are available.

The 10m x 4m pool is salt water, its depth is 1.2m to 1.75m, it is equipped with an alarm and LED color lighting, which you can vary according to your wishes.

Peace and Quiet
At the end of a rough road, this villa provides peace and quiet without traffic noise or other intrusions. Saltwater pool, open living area and comfortable furnishings provide an excellent environment for relaxation. Things you should know: 1) It is not near anything, you will drive to shopping, beach, entertainment, etc. 2) Because of inadequate supplies, you will need to purchase consumables (trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels) during the week. 3) Because of inadequate number of towels (2 per person), you will need to do laundry during the week and hang laundry on clothes line to dry. 4) If the spa becomes low on water (twice during the week), it will stop heating. Add water from the garden hose. 5) Do not try to find it at night for initial check-in; request that local representative meet you on the main road. 6) No need for alarm clock; neighboring rooster will awaken you at dawn every morning. Guadeloupe is a beautiful island inhabited by very friendly people. This location is most suitable for those looking for a hideaway. J. A., Austin, Texas

La maison spacieuse est fidèle aux photos... nous avons pu profiter à fond de la piscine et du jacuzzi. Le jardin est très agréable J’ai enlevé 1 étoile sur l’appréciation générale à cause de la wifi. Même si nous étions en vacances , une bonne connexion était indispensable. Et la, elle était beaucoup trop lente . J’espere que le proprio pourra y remédier,; cette belle villa le mérite 😀

La villa était spacieuse pour 6 adultes et 4 enfants, conforme à la description de l annonce. Nous étions ravis. Les conseils de Clément de la conciergerie parfaits, tjrs très disponible. Ns avons eu de la chance car une seule fois la coupure d eau 😉 Un sans faute et un très bon souvenir pour tte notre famille

Une merveille !
Je n'ai pas l'habitude de donner mon avis mais là ça vaut vraiment la peine de prendre 5 minutes pour le faire. Nous avons loué cette villa pour quelques jours en famille. Nous étions 9 dont 1 bébé. Nous avons été très bien reçu par madame P.Lesly. Très gentille et accueillante. Dans cette villa on se sent comme à la maison car il ne manque rien. Tout est là ! Même ce qu'on voudrait bien avoir chez soit. De plus l'électro-ménager est très simple d'utilisation, ça c'est bien sinon on passe son temps à lire les notices... Il y a de l'espace, la piscine est bien grande, les chambres climatisées sauf une (en mezzanine) mais pour y avoir dormi à vrai dire c'est pas gênant du tout ! Salle de bain magnifique, attention quand même douche italienne on peut vite en mettre partout mais c'est une question de pratique. Moi j'ai trouvé assez chouette ! Il y a une 2ème salle de bain dans l'une des chambre, la plus belle avec baie vitrée, donnant sur le jardin et la piscine, magnifique ! Pour le bébé nous avions demandé un petit lit parapluie, ça n'a posé aucun souci. Nous avions vraiment tout ce qu'il faut. La villa est bien située, non loin du centre de St François. Par contre pas facile à trouver il faut bien ouvrir les yeux pour trouver la petite rue. Nous y retournerons certainement ! Nous voulions des vacances "détente" en famille et c'est ici que nous avons passé nos meilleures vacances ! Cindy.

BELLE PRESTATION DANS UN CADRE AGREABLE
Belle maison idéale pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille. Au bout d'un chemin improbable, c'est une jolie surprise de découvrir cette location très spacieuse, sans aucun vis à vis avec des prestations de qualité. La piscine bien entrenue et le jaccuzi vous permettent de passer de belles soirées au retour des excursions. Si vous venez à 4 couples, il faut tout de même prendre en compte le fait que la chambre en Mezzanine n'est pas fermée, ni climatisée. Location à recommander.

très belle villa et très bien équipée permettant de passer un agréable séjour
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille (8 personnes). La villa est très bien placée entre Sainte-Anne et Saint-François et en même temps un peu à l'écart et à l'abri des regards. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la partie extérieure avec la piscine (génial) et le jacuzzi. Nous avons été superbement accueillis et avons même eu droit au petit déjeuner pour le lendemain après notre long voyage. C'est une villa de standing, bien équipée avec une bonne literie. Il faudrait juste quelques petites choses pour que ce soit parfait : rafraîchir les peintures surtout au rez-de-chaussée, rajouter/renouveler quelques casseroles et poêles, harmoniser l'éclairage : mélange d'ampoules blanches et jaunes (personnellement je n'aime pas du tout la lumière blanche/froide). Dommage que nous n'avons pas été informés qu'il y avait une citerne de pluie car nous avons eu une coupure d'eau de 24 heures et avons dû utiliser les bouteilles d'eau en réserve dans la buanderie. En conclusion, je recommanderai cette villa.
