So you can also walk to shops, banks, post office, market and Bourg beach (one of the most beautiful beaches in Guadeloupe).
It is a comfortable 55 m2 F2, with a 35 m2 terrace.
"Le Bougainvillier" is a semi-detached bungalow for 3 people.
You can enjoy your meals on the terrace and enjoy the swimming pool.
It is also equipped with private parking, an air-conditioned bedroom, a large living room, a large bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a washing machine.

Appartement idéalement situé, à 8 minutes à pied de la plage de Sainte Anne et des commerces Nous avons apprécié la galerie spacieuse, ombragée naturellement par des manguiers et quenettiers Appartement au calme... Bercé par le champ des coqs Piscine et abords de piscine très agréables, entourés d'une belle végétation

Un accueil parfait et un calme idéal pour le repos et/ou le télétravail. La localisation de l’appartement permet de tout faire au centre de Saint-Anne sans avoir à prendre la voiture ce qui est vachement pratique.

L'appartement est vraiment super. Un accès direct à la piscine avec une petite terrasse privée. Idéal pour séjourner à Sainte-Anne sans voiture. A 2 min du bourg et à 4 minutes de la plage. Je recommande !

Belle plage
Séjour agréable, en ces temps de crises, on peut facilement laisser la voiture au garage ,faire de la marche pendant quelques minutes et se retrouver face à une des plus belles plages de la Guadeloupe. Les marchands de bokits , de sorbets au coco s'y trouvent! Dans la propriété , c'est le calme, les coqs chantent , la cloche de l'église toute proche tinte!
