"It is not suitable if you have a walking disability. Impossible to get on and off the boat without assistance which is limited. I was unaware of the composte toilet which is very problematic for a person with my disability. On the other hand, the setting is delightful."

Very old pool with shaky railings & splinter-risk decking. No privacy fencing or vegetative barrier for outdoor living area which is 10 feet from a busy service road in a noisy neighbourhood. Tired furnishings. Shabby linens/towels. Neglected gardens. Owner who requires communication only in French language...
