The weather was extremely hot (95-100 F) during our visit and they request the air conditioning be off when you leave the house, but because part of the house is underground, it does not get hot induce too quickly. "We stayed in the apartment for a week with our family. The apartment and garden with pool is beautiful - just like the pictures, if not better. Very quite neighborhood, located a few kilometers from from the beaches and city - bicycles or a car is recommended if you want to get around. The owner lives across the fence, and was very service minded, helpful and nice, and gave us full privacy. We highly recommend this apartment!"
