"Nettes Haus für die ganze Familie. Das Haus liegt 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich jederzeit im Haus Willkommen. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer ist in einer Einliegerwohnung untergebracht. Wir würden jderzeit wieder kommen. Hervorzuheben ist noch der Eigentümer. Kommunikation wie auch Abwicklung waren Hervorragend! "

"This is a very special place in which the owners have invested a lot of care and attention. It is beautifully decorated and furnished and has everything you need. The decking, outside eating area, hammock and pool are all fantastic. Tennis courts across the road. We enjoyed cycling to the beach every day (4k) with our 3 children, we also enjoyed the cafe at the end of the road. The local spar shop is very well stocked. The owner Nicolas is very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great holiday."

"Das Haus wurde nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter vorher gelüftet und gesäubert - zu unserer Ankunft war alles perfekt. Das Grundstück war frisch gemäht, ist riesig und hat sehr schöne Bäume. Zudem ist die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut, es wird sofort reagiert, wenn es um den Ersatz einer neuen Gasflasche, eines Grills oder um andere Probleme geht. Der Strand, Plage du Pin Sec ist weitläufig und auch in der Hauptferienzeit nicht überlaufen."

"The property is large and easily accommodated our party (9 guests) and could have taken more guests too. The outside space was fantastic and all the children loved the pool. The inside dining area was spacious and the kitchens were well stocked. The sleeping accommodation was great - beds were comfortable and to have air conditioning was a real bonus. The location of the property is fantastic with the beach only a few km away. The owner was super helpful and although doesn’t speak English used...

"Three days before leaving the UK we were contacted by the owner's agent saying we had to leave a large € deposit (now increased). I offered a credit card but they would only accept a cheque or cash. Appealed to owner who agreed to reduce but still had to leave a large amount in cash. Owner pointed out it was in his conditions. This is not communicated in the booking and I eventually I found it hidden, in French, in a sub menu, under House Rules, on the UK website. On departure we had to get to...

"With 7 members of the party keen to surf every day, this was an ideal location - 10 mins drive from Gurp beach (with a small parade of cafes and restaurants just beyond the campsite). It was also within easy reach (20-30 mins)of the pretty seaside resort of Soulac , supermarkets, petrol stations, local vineyards (with walk-in free tastings) and open markets as well as the bigger surf resort of Hourtin plage (and lake). The beach chalet itself was well equipped (once the broken oven was replaced)...

"A l'unanimité (9 adultes), nous avons apprécié cette grande maison très bien équipée, au calme mais toutefois proche des commerces et de la plage. L'espace extérieur est tout aussi appréciable, avec un grand jardin, idéal pour que des enfants puissent jouer et une piscine. Le seul point d'amélioration à noter serait la literie, notamment lorsqu'on y séjourne pour une longue période (ici 2 semaines). "Das Haus ist wundervoll . Wir waren sieben Erwachsenen. Alles war sehr sauber, alles war wie beschrieben und in der Küche war auch alles vorhanden und sehr sauber. Kleines mango, die Bäder sind klein und wenig ablagemöglichkeiten bei 7 Personen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Auch ist nur ein Bad für alle zugänglich, das eine Bad ist in einem Schlafzimmer mit dabei. Da ist es nicht so leicht zugänglich das es von allen nutzbar ist. Ein Sonnenschirm mehr wäre auch gut. Das alles hat den Aufenthalt nicht...

"Fabulous fisherman's cabin, just the place if you want to get away from noise and people. Was wonderful to sit on the front decking listening to the water, seabirds and nightingales Cabin fantastically well equipped for both cooking and eating. Beds were comfortable A simple, homely cabin. Not for you if you are used to 5* hotels. Fabienne was there to greet us and made us feel very welcome "

"We had a great relaxing break at Emma’s cottage. The location is good with plenty of options for restaurants and places to visit. The pool is a real bonus and Emma is a fantastic host always on hand if we needed anything but never intrusive.
