"Staff were lovely. Hotel was really well heated and nice. Was clean and friendly. Didn’t like that bathroom has no window and no working extractor fan. No coffee facilities in room. Had a drink in the bar on a Friday night, informed they did not have red wine and only 1 glass of white wine available. Not usual 4* standard that I would normally expect"

"We enjoyed our stay here. It was a unique property in the heart of Paris. Very quaint. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They also spoke English, which was helpful too! We did not get the optional buffet breakfast, at 14 euros a person. We bought food at a grocery store around the corner. Highly recommend this place. The bed was super comfortable, as were the pillows . There is a tiny elevator, but we mostly used the charming spiral staircase. "

"Whist the accommodation looks a bit tired, the rooms were clean. The staff were lovely, friendly and really helpful. My daughters necklace fell down the sink plughole and the guy on reception was brilliant and got maintenance to sort getting it back for her."

"Did not like being booked into the wrong rooms (2 rooms) - Receptionist issued 2 rooms that were already occupied, and after much deliberation, discussion, delay and aggravation, 2 alternative rooms were found but they were the other end of the hotel. GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
