"We stayed here in May ’24. Some of the other reviews are not for this property. Location: good location for Brest & Morlaix areas and the fantastic coastline between. It is 800m to the beach & you have to cross a road. If you drive there is a car park 100m from the beach. There is nothing nearby – bakers, restaurants & supermarkets are all several km away. Plouescat is nearest go-to place. Owner: nice person – happy to help and mention events and things to do. Outside: South-facing, mostly grit...

"Le logement est parfaitement rénové par les propriétaires et est vraiment tout confort. Extrêmement bien isolé, silencieux, et confortable. Les plages sont à quelques dizaines de mètres et il y a très peu de passage sur la rue. Le contact avec les propriétaires Franck et Myriam est facile et chaleureux. "We’ve just returned from a lovely 11 days at this property. We chose it because of the secure garden so we could be sure that our energetic Irish Setter would be safe. "This was our second stay at Ty Coz (Kersadiou). We had another wonderful two weeks this year. Georges and Jacqueline were very welcoming and helpful. Even though the weather was less than ideal for a few days we were able to go on several hikes and enjoy the stunning beaches on the Crozon peninsula. The gites is very well equipped and gas everything you need for a very pleasurable stay. Many thanks Georges et Jacqueline."
