"I booked for 2 people and they seemed surprised. They only provided one key which made all the planning extremely inconvenient as I had to attend a conference while my girlfriend was sightseeing. Very disappointed that they didn' have a second key."

"We spent 4 nights at Les hauts de Comborcieres during the Christmas break. The apartment was comfortable. It is very conveniently located near the ski slopes. The pool was really nice too. It is too bad that it closes on Saturdays and that it does not open later at night (it closes at 7:30 pm and it is very crowded in the evening). Les Hauts de Comborcieres is not really a hotel. The apartment is not cleaned daily which was not a problem for us, but we had to take the towels and sheets down to...

"First class hotel and standard of accommodation, in keeping with the CGH brand of residence. Location a little out of town, but close by the bus stop and regular village shuttle bus. Possible to ski directly back to the hotel, however to access the slopes in the morning, approximate 500m uphill walk, which may be an issue with young children/elderly. "The accommodation was pretty much what you'd expect of a budget ski residence, but was a long way from the village centre, the ski lifts, and even the bus stop which supposedly served the hotel. The cooking facilities were less than adequate, but otherwise the room was OK. The staff were pleasant, and we just about managed to make ourselves understood speaking "Franglais." I wouldn't recommend staying here if you don't speak any French at all. There is no oven provided, and our microwave didn't...

"Depressing. Paid to hire bed linen and towels. Made up their beds on arrival. Stripped them on departure and had to clean the apartment. The cost of over £75.00 a night far too much for the appalling standard. "

Forniture camera cucina e bagno complete, piscina nella hall principale è quindi esterna a residence (occorre uscire da appartamento all’esterno). Lovely hotel

"This is a lovely hotel - friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, great breakfast and comfortable rooms. Unusually, and one of the reasons I chose it, was the bunk beds for the children which, according to my 17 year old son, were much more comfortable than the usual trolley or sofa bed he gets when we stay anywhere as a family."

"We were greeted outside by a friendly welcoming member of staff with guidance on how to reach the hotel car parking. The room was basic but clean with plentiful of hot water. All staff were polite and helpful. Great stay"

"We had an amazing stay at Rocky Pop Grenoble. We found the room clean, modern with neccessary ammeties, good room temperature and the staff delivered an excellent service. We do not speak French but everyone spoke English including the cleaning team and they made the place feel very welcoming. Thank you all! As it was around Christmas time the hotel was very nice decorated and they also had a team of 5 people dressed as elfs which came to visit the hotel and and interract with people. Lovely!! The hote is 15min walking distance from city centre and across the road there are two supermarkets if anything extra is needed. The only downside was that we could hear the noise from the street during the morning rush hour but overall with the black-out curtians we had a good sleep! We would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and lovely upcoming festive days! "
