Be prepared that this is a home vs rental property, so lots of personal items. No hanging space in some rooms and bedrooms are on the small side."

There is one toilet and located within one of the bedrooms so guests in the other bedroom do not have access without going through the other bedroom. The bedroom without a toilet only has a shower. To enter the property you have to drive over a narrow, hazardous, wood plank bridge, difficult to do when a car is parked across the street. A dirty plunger was sitting on the bathroom shelf. There is mold growing on the edge of the kitchen...

"We enjoyed our stay in this home conveniently located to Aix and the other nearby villages. Unlike other vacation homes, this one is truly someone's residence, so it contained many personal effects down to the homeowner's own hair products. Given this, we had all of the necessary items to cook, do laundry, etc. The air conditioning was excellent and we had plenty of hot water for showers. "Aix is one of our favorite cities and we thought we would share it with two old friends. Each of us had our own bedroom with bath on separate floors and shared the light filled dining room/living room. The apartment has its own parking space which is an absolute must in the area. Only a few minutes walk to the center of the old town and the Cours Mirabeau and the lively markets. Communication was excellent with the owner, in this case his daughter, Marie-Amadine who speaks impeccable...

"It`s really deatched so quiet and comfortable. Modern but pleasant and light. The sea view is actually to side of balcony/terrace shown in photographs. V handy pedestrian short cut takes you straight down to harbour and its row of restaurants. Would stay there again."
