Quiet house Clim, not overlooked, HEATED SWIMMING POOL, 10min from Uzès 10 person.

Beautiful fully furnished house, 220m2 on one floor; with beautiful pool. On a very large lot (Unclosed) of 6500m2 partly in the woods in full nature and at the entrance of the village of St Victor des Oules, beautiful view on the countryside, without any opposite.
Close to all amenities. 5min of Uzes with its famous Saturday market in 10min of Haribo; 20min Pont du Gard, 30min from the Roman city of Nimes, 45 minutes from the Avignon TGV station.
Under the song of cicadas you can relax around the pool, or in the hammock.
Athletes enjoy going for a hike in the wilderness without taking the vehicle.
The house is rented with "La Minette" which will keep you company.
The pool is 9m x 4m with a depth of 1m40 with a central staircase. A rinsing shower. It is secured by a fall arrest alarm and it with salt.
Comfort for the summer (Summer kitchen with plancha, relax, etc.)
Boules pitch (balls provided, but not an aperitif)
Air-conditioned house. Large living room, open kitchen, 4 bedrooms upstairs (one with 1 bunk bed and a bed 140), 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets and 1 bedroom on the ground floor with private bathroom. Laundry room available.
Weekly rental for 12 people for the months of June, July and August only. Feel free to contact me for more information by clicking on "contact the owner" or "call owner". Des vacances idylliques
Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette très belle maison, claire, immense, plongée au coeur de la nature. Tout y est fonctionnel et pratique. Grand plus, la climatisation dans toutes les pièces. L'extérieur est aussi très bien aménagé avec frigo et plancha. La piscine splendide est chauffée idéalement. Un régal même avec un temps nuageux. Bien placée de nombreuses visites sont à faire. Enfin l'accueil a été très chaleureux et le propriétaire est très à l'écoute. Un seul mot : Allez-y les yeux fermés, vous passerez d'excellentes vacances.

Maison conforme à la description (mise à part la douche extérieure qui ne fonctionne pas). Très belle piscine avec belle qualité d’eau et espace cuisine/salle à manger extérieur très agréable et fonctionnel où nous avons pris tous nos repas (attention aux insectes) ! Climatisation de la maison appréciable ! Très bonne literie avec des grands lits (une chambre sans climatisation). Communication avec le propriétaire très fluide.

un séjour sur une propriété magnifique
Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de la part de Hervé qui s'est montré généreux et attentionné. La propriété a été parfaite à notre goût, au calme, entourée de bois, la piscine est géniale 28 degrés parfaite pour plonger, les enfants de 6 à 15 ans se sont bien amusé, et l'équipement extérieur est complet, et organisé. Nous avons très bien dormi, literie très confortable. Tout a été parfait, c'était un excellent séjour à 9 personnes de 6 à 73 ans.

A wonderful house in a great location. Spacious, recently furnished, well-equipped. Would suit families or groups. The inside space is large and comfortable, the outside space is really fantastic - good pool and pool area and a large 'Summer kitchen' with a fridge, lots of seating and a brilliant cooking set-up - perfect for eating outside. A very friendly welcome and good advice on the local area and amenities. The location is a great base for touring around and even though the setting is nicely rural, you are just 10 minutes from the centre of Uzes - markets, restaurants and a charming medieval centre. Good Air-con, a pleasant chill-out space for those who like screens and space for everyone to relax in. It's a really great place, well-maintained and friendly. A joy!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans une maison bien entretenue et bien propre à notre arrivée. Le propriétaire est gentil et arrangeant, c’est top. L’extérieur est vraiment très agréable, au calme, pas de voisin et les aménagements permettent de passer le plus clair de la journée à l’extérieur au bord de la piscine !

Magnifique maison avec une belle et grande piscine dans un écrin de verdure au calme. La maison est spacieuse, bien décorée et agencée. Tout l’équipement nécessaire est à disposition. Séjour très agréable à proximité d'Uzès
Vacances en famille très agréable. La maison est confortable avec beaucoup de place. L'espace extérieur est super (mieux encore qu'en photo) avec la piscine eau salée et l'espace cuisine / salle à manger dans lequel on vit quasi exclusivement. Aucun vis-à-vis, la propriété est dans un écrin de verdure très paisible. Accueil chaleureux aussi. Bref, je recommande.

Nous avons passé en famille un séjour délicieux grâce à la fois à l'accueil chaleureux et amical de Hervé et Sandra, à une vaste demeure magnifique, très agréable à vivre, décorée avec soin et une touche de zénitude qui convient parfaitement à des vacances estivales réussies. La piscine chauffée ainsi que la cuisine d'été sont un must à vivre. La localisation de la maison idéalement située au cœur de l'Uzège, tout près d'Uzès permet d'apprécier cette magnifique région du Gard. Pour résumer : un régal et nous recommandons chaudement cette magnifique demeure ainsi que ses hôtes.

La maison de vacances idéale
la maison est vaste, bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de gout. Mais le véritable atout réside à l'extérieur : un magnifique terrain sans aucun vis à vis tout en étant à 10 minutes d'Uzes ! Nous avons passé une semaine à enchainer baignade dans la piscine chauffée, partie de ping-pong et pétanque et tout cela avec le chant des cigales et des oiseaux. Pour parfaire le tout, la cuisine d'été permet de prendre le café du matin jusqu'au repas du soir dehors abrités du soleil en bénéficiant de la vue sur la nature à 360°. Enfin, l’accueil des propriétaires est à l'image du lieu : parfait. A l'année prochaine !

Superbe propriété, encore mieux que sur les photos, la piscine chauffée est vraiment un plus. Nous avons adoré notre semaine dans ce logement. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés et Sandra et Hervé sont très gentils, réactifs et il est très facile de communiquer avec eux.

Très belle maison pour une très belle semaine
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette belle maison ! Grâce à sa cuisine d’extérieur nous avons pu profiter du jardin et des ses aménagements toute la semaine. Maison très spacieuse, matériaux de qualité, clim, et très belle piscine sel, qui n'a nécessité aucun entretien. Environnement hyper calme (en dehors des cigales bien sûr :-) ) Que du bonheur !
