The front desk staff was very efficient and courteous. We had dinner at the restaurant one night which was very good, the service was great. We also had breakfast one morning.

"A nice university hotel for visitors to Lausanne, but a bit sterile and the suites lack a dividing wall. Rooms are very upscale, but the dinner menu is rather limited (yet everything I tried was fantastic). Hard spot to reach, and you need some sort of vehicle toget from here to anywhere else."

Very bad experience
"The room was so small that I could barely fit my suitcase in. There was a really bad smell when I opened the room and even if I opened the windows all night I couldn't get rid of the smell. The apartment has no front desk at all."
