"I found it an excellent hotel, but I have a few comments: 1. One of the blinds would not close. It had been temporarily fixed in the "up" position so could not be lowered. I called housekeeping and they fixed it by cutting two cords leaving it permanently down. Why could this not have been fixed correctly much earlier. 2. The shower has two shower heads. The rainfall head leaked from its attachment to the ceiling making water run across the ceiling. We could not use that attachment, but...

"Our stay at the Omni was good overall. The first morning there was a major leak in our room from an issue with the radiator but the staff put us in another room immediately. The hotel is a little dated but comfortable. The price was reasonable due to it being the off season. Not sure I would stay at high season prices. Location is great for exploring Montreal. "

"Clean, nice hotel. Amenities are nice. Front desk staff very good and hospitible. Gym and pool are good size. Only thing needed would be more staff in dining area. Very long waits for orders, food, and service but staff wonderful. Just need more staff. Thanks for a nice stay. "

"Excellent new destination Hyatt Hotel at the outskirt of Old Montreal. Quiet, modern rooms with beautiful year-round outdoor pool. Easy to walk to Old Montreal main attractions and restaurants. Would highly recommend."

"This hotel was centrally located and in impeccable condition. Secure valet parking is Available. The staff were very professional and very helpful. The room was large and very well appointed. I’ve found my go to place to stay while in Montreal. "

"We stayed at a spacious king with sofa bed room where the living room separated from the bedroom. Very comfortable with the family. The only thing I wish to be added is the microwave. We parked in the Convention center garage right opposite the hotel. But the entrance is from 905 Rue St-Alexandre. "

"Super quiet cabin, with access to the lake. Wood fire available for chimney was nice and toasty!! Hostess was so helpful always answering my questions. Definitely we will be back !!! "
