"This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the cruise port and many other amenities. The train and tram stations are within 1 block of the hotel. If you don't speak French be prepared to use a translator, the staff mainly speaks French. The laundry room is great bonus amenity."

"The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They assisted us with the food in the dining area, directions and favourite tourist attractions. They were also always willing to help whenever we approached them."

"The property is a bit run down and seems to have seen better days. The rooms were a bit too small for four people. The view and the free tennis were great."
