"Mrs. Ficat was an excellent host during our stay and was very responsive when questions were asked or help was needed. The house was as advertised and had things to do for children of all ages. There is a cleaning fee and deposit, but Mrs. Ficat was very reasonable with any issues that popped up during checkout. Overall, we had a great stay and we will definitely recommend this property to future vacationers."

"We had an excellent fortnight in this beautiful house. The terrace and pool were particularly welcome as we were there during the 2022 heatwave. The house is well placed for visits to Provence, the Ardeche and Montpellier, as well as Uzes and Nimes. Note that the house does have fans in the bedrooms (despite what an earlier review says). Mosquitoes were a bit of a nuisance but kept reasonably at bay with a coil on the terrace and plug ins at night. Overall I would strongly recommend this...

Beaches were fabulous, as were many other places that we found or that were recommended to us. Could’ve benefited from a 3rd toilet and shower at the poolside, but we managed without. "My family and I had an absolutely amazing stay at La Bergerie. The heated pool is huge and kept the kids occupied for hours and hours. My parents walked to the local vineyard for wine tasting, my husband dozed in the hammock and I did absolutely nothing reading by the pool! Easy walking distance (literally 200 meters max) to town and all the things you might need (i.e. grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, market etc. That said, it is still in a quiet location.
