"We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house . The grounds are huge and full of surprises . We enjoyed the pool and hot tub but gave the sauna a miss! There are plenty of lovely places to visit in the area and although the house is up a quiet forested hill it is not remote and has all the shops you need within a 10 min drive. The owner was easy to contact and very helpful All together a great stay."

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. Beaucoup de jeux sont à disposition, ce qui est appréciable pour les enfants et ados ! La piscine est très agréable et bien entretenue (une échelle serait toutefois souhaitable pour sortir plus facilement de l’eau). Les commerces sont proches et les lieux de visite aussi (villages, châteaux…)."

"A lovely gite in a beautiful remote rural setting with a fantastic pool in an enclosed courtyard. The surrounding countryside is very picturesque but near to the pretty towns of Brantome and Boudeilles. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 (including 3 teenagers). "Our party of 16 had a really wonderful time staying in this farmhouse. The house and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful and full of charm. The house was brilliantly equipped and we were able to enjoy doing lots of cooking. The pool and outdoor area were so great that we didn’t want to leave the house much and spent most of the stay having pool days and playing games in the grounds. We will be back!"

The gite is extremely well equipped with all the extras you need including washing liquid, dish washer tabs etc. the bed is very big and comfortable with good quality bedding; my husband is 6ft 4 and he found the bed a good size. "Lovely views from the pool out across French countryside. Pool is modern, clean and good size. Some issues with the electric cover, but that was down to a failed sensor which is on order. House is lovely and unspoilt, we loved it. But for some the interior lighting might be on the dim side. This did not bother us as we were out by the pool most of the time.
