"Exceptional property in beautiful rural location. 18 of our family stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed this delightful holiday accommodation. Superb pool, great covered/outside eating area, boules, table tennis etc. Air conditioning in one apartment building, thick walls and therefore relatively cool in the other apartment building. Really super stay. Note for English renters: Towels and toilet paper not provided as we believe is the custom in France."

"Booking, checking in and out and communication with owner was excellent. Kitchen and bathrooms fully equipped and excellent. Sofas in lounge were uncomfortable and could do with replacing. More soft furnishings would enhance the ambience of the property and bedroom 2 lacked curtains for privacy from being overlooked. Overall it was a good stay, very convenient for La Tremblade and all it offers."

Le propriétaire sait se rendre disponible en cas de question, il est très réactif. Pour le ménage, c'était correct mais pas très affiné. La prise en charge se passe bien grace aux explications transmises par le propriétaire. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notrnotreséjour. "

Concernant l'appart, matelas vieux car on sent les ressorts, étendoir rouillé et rafistolé, l'agence de location nous en a remis un neuf. Enfin dans l'ensemble ça va."

Le seul bémol la communication en amont qui était très compliqué jamais de réponse à mes mails, et une fois sur deux à mes SMS, ce qui n’a pas simplifié notre arrivée.
