The villa is located in a quiet and private domain, on the Estérel hills with an exceptional sea view, a heated infinity pool and a pétanque court. The villa has been completely renovated. It is very comfortable, functional and fully air conditioned to accommodate up to eight occupants. The villa is composed: On the garden level: - Living room / TV - Shower with WC - A large bedroom, 160x200 bed with a shower room and WC - A large sea view bedroom, 180x220 bed, with bathroom and WC and direct access to the pool area. The pool area is very pleasant, with a beautiful infinity pool, sun loungers and parasol. On the ground floor: - Large living room / TV / HiFi, dining room, large fitted kitchen with dining area, These 2 rooms open onto a terrace with sea view. - A master bedroom, 180x220 bed, with bathroom bath and WC. A cloakroom with shower and WC. On the first floor: - An attic bedroom with twin beds, - A beautiful bathroom with WC. An over-equipped summer kitchen which opens onto a large terrace under pergola, also with a magnificent view of the sea and the swimming pool, in the heart of the garden and near the fish pond. Equipment: reversible air conditioning in all rooms, cot, alarm / remote monitoring, outdoor / pool lighting, 4 HD 3D TNT / Satellite TV (Astra - Hotbird), Internet, Free wifi connection, Barbecue / plancha, Video-porter, Motorized gate , Remote controlled lighting, Garage. The pool heating is activated from June 1 to September 30 of each year and is included in the price offered. Between 1 October and 31 May, the heating of the swimming pool can be activated with an additional price depending on the season.

Fantastic villa and location
We have just returned from our holiday here and we cannot wait to come back the Villa is beautiful and in a great location overlooking the sea I would highly recommend booking a holiday here!

Relax with sea view
We stay one week at this wonderful villa. Great place to relax! The owner was very nice and friendly and give us all the support we needed. The view from the villa is amazing ! The villa has everything you need and more! It makes you feel really at home! The pool temperature was just fantastic!!! The garden is beautifully kept. All perfect! We will return for sure! Thanks Didier & Annick, but also Ms Duche!!

Stunning!
We loved our stay! Responsive owner, beautiful property with quality amenities including the heated pool! Highly recommend staying and taking the time to explore the area. We had a car and drove to St. Tropez one day. Stunning scenery and fun visit to the Old Harbor. Cannes is also an easy drive with lots to see and eat. Nothing beats the views of the Mediterranean. And the sunrise is worth getting up early to experience. If you want to just relax there are also plenty of restaurants within a few minutes drive from the villa. We don’t usually think of returning to the same place twice, but we will be returning.

a beautiful villa in a very nice area
We spent two weeks in this beautiful and perfectly equiped villa on the French Riviera. Host Didier and Annick are very nice and accommodating. The villa and the pool are gorgeous and the view over the mediterian sea is absolutely astonishing. Some specials that needs to be mentioned: - very well equiped kitchen (indoor and outdoor) - really well deployed highspeed WiFi in the whole property - infinity pool is awesome - ice cube maker super fine - 85" TV a blast Thank you very much Annick and Didier. We had a very relaxing and wonderful holiday. We will certainly come back. Best wishes, Marius

Beautiful views
The villa has beautiful views and has a lovely terrace to sit and have dinner. The villa is spacious and well equipped, particularly the kitchen. The beds are definitely comfy and the showers work well. (The top twin bedroom is more suited to young children due to the sloping ceiling and lack of proper wardrobe). You definitely need a car to stay here as it’s very residential and there are only a few restaurants to walk to (20 mins) & it’s an uphill walk home!! There is a local train station but trains aren’t so regular and don’t run late. We drove to Cannes, Nice & Monaco which were good day trips. I think there is a free shuttle to Theoule but we didn’t see/use it. The villa is a good base for exploring the area.

Fabulous place
From booking to the end of our stay Didier communicated well. Finding the villa and local places to visit was easy. The villa beautiful and we didn’t want for anything. It was far enough away yet very close to places to visit. Will hope to stay here again.

Villa La Cigalière 2018
Villa La Cigalière once again provided us with the perfect solution for a sommer vacations on the French Riviera. It is beautifully located with a breathtaking view, tastefully furnitured, very well equipped, also within walking distance to local restaurants (but still nice and quiet). We are a Norwegian family of 4 (with room for some guest staying over night), that enjoyed 3 beautiful weeks in the summer of 2018. Again we send a big thanks to the Landlord Didier that makes the whole experience of renting this wonderful Villa to a trustworthy and good experience :) . JHH

TOPISSIME
Nous avons passé 15 jours de rêves dans cette magnifique maison où le propriétaire à pensé à tout pour le confort des occupants : 2 cuisines (intérieure et d'été) complètes (cave a vin, machine a café, réfrigérateur, four, plancha dans chacune) , la clim dans toute les pièces, des télés partout également (même si nous ne les avons pas regardé). et que dire de la VUE : tout simplement magnifique. On ne s'en lasse pas. La piscine à debordement avec ses matelas gonflables et sa douche a fait le bonheur des plus jeunes comme des parents. En résumé : une maison magnifiquement bien entretenue, avec tous le confort et une vue imprenable sur la mer et les iles de lerins, le tout dans un domaine securisé et tres calme. c'etait magique Nous y retournerons.

Une vraie vue mer avec un très beau jardin agencé avec des restanques fleuries. La piscine chauffée offre un confort de détente et bien placée près de la maison. Très près du littoral, on peut vite accéder aux sports nautiques et aux nombreux restaurants près de la mer. La maison est agréable avec de grandes pièces et accès faciles entre elles. A recommander !!

This Villa is an absolutely fantastic solution for families with preferences for a beautiful located Villa with a breathtaking view, tastefully furnitured and very well equipped, with everything planed and organized to ensure a great vacation on the French Riviera. La villa offre une vue superbe; pouvoir prendre tous nos repas à l'extérieur face à la Méditerranée fut un pur plaisir pour tous. Endroit très calme propice à un repos réparateur, pas de circulation dans la rue vue la situation de la villa Villa superbement équipée, les deux cuisines à disposition avec tous les équipement possibles.( les deux frigos à vin nous ont bien servi !) La cuisine d'été au niveau de la terrasse a été unanimement appréciée de même que la table ronde avec le plateau tournant au centre Le nombre de pièces , de chambres, de TV permet à plusieurs ménages de co-exister sans se gêner et permettant ainsi d'avoir ses propres activités à différents moments Nous avons pu profiter longuement d'une piscine à débordement avec une eau d'une douceur très agréable ( absence de chlore nous a -t-il semblé) Très bonne literie, belles salles de bain attenant aux chambres Bref une villa dont l’équipement a été étudié et réalisé avec grand soin et dans les moindres détails La villa se situe près d'un petit port et de plages très agréables où il est possible de passer la journée en profitant d'un très bon petit restaurant de plage. Vacances de rêve sur la Côte d'Azur
Nous avons séjourné à la villa de M. Rochereau pour nos vacances en famille au mois de juillet dernier, une villa de rêve tout à été magique du début jusqu'à la fin. Des notre arrivée nous avons été émerveillé par la villa, sa vue et sa localisation La villa est très bien équipé et très confortable au-delà de nos attentes.
