Our spacious house offers all the necessary comforts for an unforgettable stay. With two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, toilet and sink, another toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a welcoming living room, you will feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The private swimming pool is perfect for cooling off on hot summer days, while the large garden offers space to relax and play outdoors. The terrace with dining table is the perfect place to enjoy al fresco dining with family or friends. For any stay, you will be asked to proceed to a security desposit (not cashed) through the swikly link we will send you.

Nestled in the peaceful town of Saint-Prix, our home offers a tranquil and quaint atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. You can enjoy the serenity of the countryside while being close to local amenities. With its green landscapes and friendly atmosphere, Saint-Prix is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

##Transportation

Our house has excellent accessibility by public transport and car. Just a few minutes' walk away, you will find bus stops with connections to nearby towns and train stations. From there, you can easily reach Paris by train (line H to reach the Gare du Nord in 30min). For those who prefer to drive, our house is easily accessible from major highways and national roads, providing great flexibility for your travels.

The check-in assistant will meet guests at the property on the day of their arrival. Please note that additional charges may apply depending on arrival time,these fees must be paid in cash upon arrival.The rates are as follows (Paris time zone):

* Check-in between 3pm-7pm: free
* Check-in between 7pm-9pm: 30 euros
* Check-in between 9pm-midnight: 60 euros
* After midnight: upon request
* Public holiday: +10 euros
