"We absolutely loved Laura’s chalet. So authentic but with everything we needed including a washing machine and dishwasher. We loved the way the windows opened fully so we could enjoy the wonderful views of the mountains having breakfast. The top terrace was so lovely, with pretty nighttime lighting and views of the mountains. Beds were very comfortable. Photos don’t at all do it justice. Also loved Saint Gervais as a town to visit, wish we had stayed longer! "

"What can I say we absolutely loved the chalet it was perfect for us! We were cycling and the chalet location was fantastic for doing the mountains we wanted to tick off. The chalet was beautiful, clean and the hosts very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. What a beautiful part of the world, I would 100% recommend! :)"

"Our group of three adults spent five days at the chalet. Aside from the chalet itself the fantastic host should be acknowledged, both from a communications perspective and also for equipping the chalet so well (with all the little things that most lack e.g tea, coffee, salt , pepper , bin bags etc). The chalet was spotless , warm and beds/linen were excellent. The closest (mini) supermarket is around a ten minute walk, as is the rest of the town. We were mountain biking and the chalet is 5 mins...

"The chalet was perfect for 4 or 5 adults. The third double bedroom was a little too small and cosy for two adults sharing. Charming rustic decor and ambience, with lovely touches like unusual candles; kitchen beautifully equipped - even a salad spinner - all appliances were top quality. Integral garage with automatic door was a boon. Loved the location, close to the village, but be aware the pretty garden is not enclosed and near the road. "Nous avons passe un excellent sejour dans ce magnifique chalet, joliment decore et tres agreable a vivre. Il y a beaucoup d'espace, des vues superbes sur la valee et la chaine des Aravis. Nous avons par ailleurs beaucoup aime cette station authentique qui permet de belles balades a proximite. Les propriétaires ont ete tres attentionnes et ont discretement veille a ce que le séjour soit parfait !"

"Good location near train station, easy walk to old town. Mini-kitchen very helpful (esp. microwave fridge). WiFi was very weak (~3.5mps) -- we ended up using tourist data SIM chip on cell instead. Room slightly warm (~24.5C)... not certain if the room has decent AC or not (might simply have been switched off for the season)...could easily open windows with slight but not terrible train noise. Friendly staff."
