Last night we arrived and found the toilet seat cracked through and the sink cracked, the shower sealant was mouldy. I informed the reception about the toilet seat and was told there was no other rooms available and she thanked me for telling her. This morning at breakfast I gave my dog a piece of my paid for baguette and a piece of cheese, the gentleman on reception came into the breakfast room and informed me the food was for humans and not dogs!
