The house is idealy located for summer or winter activities which are many and varied.

For swimming, canoeing, paddling and other water activities, lake Aiguebelette, Paladru, Aix-les-Bains / Le Bourget, Annecy are between 45min and one and a half hour away.

Please note that you will be staying in the house where I live, which is to rent only when I'm away.
A €300 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay.
The kitchen is not very large, there is no dishwasher and no micro wave oven.
