House in a very quiet and nice place but still close (400 m) from the beaches and shops. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom 1 separate toilet 1 utility room with washing machine and dryer comfortable lounge kitchen a south facing terrace with garden furniture and sun beds and one shed for bikes and other beach items fishing .A barbecue available for your grill.

Superbe séjour

Souvenirs d'wOleron
Bon sejour, decouverte d'huîtres, du sel... Belles visites. Par contre marquise au gîte inutilisable. Situee en plein sud , beaucoup de vent ce qui est normal sur une île. Donc fermee la plupart du temps. Obligee de manger à l'interieur.Trop dommage

La maison est idéalement située à 10minutes à pied du port de la Cotiniere dans un lotissement très calme, elle est également très confortable et bien équipée ! Merci pour l’accueil !

Aucune surprise: la maison a tenu en tous points ses promesses "internet": très jolie, confortable, bien équipée, spacieuse et calme. A 10 minutes de l'océan. Très bon accueil Manquait quelque fois le soleil, mais l'île est si belle avec un peu de brouillard...

Le calme au coeur de l'île
Tranquillité et calme. A pied ou à vélo en moins de 10mn on se promène sur le port ou on s'installe sur la plage. Logement impeccable avec tout ce qu'il faut de confort et tout le nécessaire pour se préparer de bons repas.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille dans cette maison bien aménagée, très propre et très calme. Il ne manque rien, on se croirait vraiment chez soi ! Idéalement située pour visiter, c'est un bel emplacement pour découvrir les très beaux paysages de l'île d'Oléron. Merci encore pour cette délicieuse flammenkuche !

Superbe villa
Nous avons passés 2 merveilleuse semaines sur cette belle Ile D'Oléron. Jolie villa au calme ou rien ne manques et trés propre , trés bien acceuillis par Mr Bertin, il nous a donné de bons conseils. La Cotiniére est magnifique, je recommande cette location 5/5 !

Maison très agréable à la cotiniere. Elle est située à côté des plages et commerces . En retrait donc très au calme et propre. Elle est fonctionnelle et le wifi fonctionne très bien . Propriétaire très sympa .

Schönes Haus, leider ohne Bettwäsche + Handtücher
Schönes Haus, recht ruhige Lage, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Internet ging super. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Nachbarn, der das Haus für die Eigentümer "betreut". Obwohl bei FeWo direkt angegeben, gab es keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher, auch keine Küchentücher. Die Betten waren bezogen, aber wir wurden instruiert, das sei nur Deko, und wir dürften diese nicht benutzen. Wir haben daraufhin (wie offenbar andere Vormieter auch!) im Supermarkt einige wertvolle Urlaubszeit damit verbracht, Bettwäsche zu kaufen, mit der wir zu Hause nichts mehr anfangen können, weil die Franzosen andere Masse haben. Sehr ärgerlich! Die Betten sind übrigens nur 1,90 lang. Für die Plastikliegen draußen gab es keine Auflagen. Den Sonnenschirm konnten wir nicht benutzen, weil er schon bei leichtem Wind instabil wirkte und wir nachdrücklich gebeten wurden, diesen dann auch nicht aufzuspannen. Der Rasen war völlig verdorrt und unansehnlich, die Nachbargärten schön grün.

Maison qui correspond parfaitement au descriptif, à la fois calme et près des commerces. La maison est très fonctionnelle et rien n'y manque. La personne qui s'occupe de l'accueil est très flexible en terme d'arrivée et de départ ce qui nous a grandement facilité notre séjour. Mme ETIENNE

PETIT BEMOL
MAISON AGRÉABLE DANS L’ENSEMBLE MAIS DEUX REMARQUES : - WIFI NON FONCTIONNELLE (ET DE PLUS PAYANTE ET NON PRÉCISÈ) * à savoir que le système "Domino" ne fonctionne pas et qu'il n'a pas été possible d'activer la ligne durant toute la semaine malgré une multitude d'essais et le besoin urgent et personnel d'avoir une ligne opérationnelle! - Protège-matelas du grand lit occupé non lavé et encore marqué par le précédent locataire (traces et poils...cheveux etc...), nous avons dû aller en acheter un autre au LECLERC!!!! Sans compter oreillers et couverture douteux! Dommage pour une location de ce niveau! Par contre, maison bien équipée, agréable, calme, propre hormis les points ci-dessus. Nous notons que le propriétaire n'a pas été très chaleureux pour nous aider à résoudre le problème de la WIFI et n'a même pas daigné nous rappeler lors de notre séjour.... Habitués de la location saisonnière, c'est la première fois que nous rencontrons ce genre de malentendu! La recommander (?) faudrait-il que ces deux points soient réglés et la location pourrait-être associée aux étoiles qui brillent sur l'entrée.
