A gem
Lovely very comfortable excellently equipped house -ideal base from where to explore Oleron. Short walk to super boulangerie. Beautiful garden in which to relax. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended!
A lovely and comfortable house, very nice decorated and well. Perfectly situated within walking distance to the center and just around the corner of the ocean. Private parking space, bike rental across the street. The contact with the owner and neighbor (for check in) was very pleasant. Merci beaucoup!

Great, well-equipped house with a beautiful garden
After contacting and meeting the nicest of hosts, we spent a great time in this wonderful house and garden. The ocean is a two-minute walk away and the beautiful center and harbour of La Cotininière is also very close. Thank you for the good time you made possible!

De très bonnes vacances en perspective
Superbe séjour sur l'ile d'Oléron. La maison est très agréable, très bien équipée avec en plus une décoration soignée. Le village de la Cotinière est bien achalandé, nous avons fait une cure de poissons et crustacés ! Les villages alentours sont charmants avec de belles plages.

Jolie maison qui est très bien située, il y a pas mal des restaurants et des commerces dans le village, pourtant ses environs immédiats restent calmes. Tout est parfait
Maison très confortable, magnifiquement aménagée et parfaitement entretenue. La cuisine est très bien équipée, la pièce à vivre est lumineuse. Le jardin clos est charmant avec un abri idéal pour les vélos. Emplacement calme bien qu'à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre de La Cotinière et 3 minutes de la plage. Enfin, le contact avec le propriétaire, et l'accueil par Marielle sont excellents. A recommander sans réserve.

Das grosszügige Haus ist nicht nur vollständig ausgestattet, sondern insbesondere sehr geschmackvoll und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Gleiches gilt für den tollen Garten mit dem Sonnendeck und der Sitzgelegenheit unter dem Feigenbaum. Die Lage ist fussläufig zum Ort ( ca 8000 m) bzw zum Strand ( ca 500 m). Der PKW Stellplatz ist direkt am Haus. Check-in bzw check-out ist problemlos mit der Nachbarin erfolgt. In jedem Falle zu empfehlen.

Wunderbares Haus

Wundervolles Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt sowohl in Qualität als auch Quantität keine Wünsche offen. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der grosse Garten mit einer schönen Holzterrasse ist auch sehr ansprechend. Parkplatz direkt am Haus, unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sehr gut in einer über dachten Gartenecke abstellen. Der schöne Hafenort La Cotiniere ist fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen, bis zum Strand sind es ca. 150m! Patrice hat uns 1 Woche vorher über die Abwicklung in sehr gutem Deutsch telefonisch informiert. Der Empfang und Schlüsselübergabe durch die Nachbarin Marielle war sehr angenehm. Obwohl wir kaum Französisch sprechen, haben wir uns gut verstanden. Wir empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt.

Très belle location à la décoration soignée avec un beau jardin à 2 pas du port de la Cotinière. Hôtes sympathiques et très bon accueil sur place. Vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés la maison est encore mieux qu’en photos.

Magnifique location
Nous avons été accueillis dans cette très jolie maison non mitoyenne à proximité du centre mais assez éloignée afin d’éviter les désagréments sonores. Chaque pièce est décorée et pensée avec goût. Le jardin est très joliment arboré et permet de se détendre. On s’est senti comme chez nous. Un accueil chaleureux agrémenté par quelques jolies surprises. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Nous avons passés une semaine de vacances dans une magnifique maison tres bien entretenue et très joliment décorée. Après nos balades en vélo électrique, pour decouvrir toute l île, nous avons appréciés nos crustacés vue sur un très joli jardin ! Au calme.
