Nice apartment on the ground floor, near the fishing port of La Cotinière, consisting of a bright living room with lounge area, flat screen TV, table and chairs and equipped kitchen area (microwave grill, refrigerator, 2-burner ceramic hob), sleeping area with 140 bed, and crossing sleeping area with 2x80 bunk beds), a bathroom with WC. Outside, terrace with garden furniture. Parking in the residence, trash room.

The best of this rental by the sea: Close to the beach and cycle paths, close to shops and Port de la Cotinière.

Keys can be handed over and returned exclusively to the D'Oléron agency (Saint Pierre district).
