"Views from the beautifully decorated lounge, over the bay to St Helier are wonderful. But the main draw here are the wonderful staff who go out of their way to help you, get to know you and your interests and make recommemdations and do everything they can to ensure you have a wonderul time."

"Wonderful stay at L’Horizon. Staff extremely friendly, go above and beyond to make holiday extra special. The best location, on the beach at St Brelade’s bay. The beach is fabulous in rain or shine, wonderful views from sea front balcony. Cosy rooms, great pillows! Food and wine excellent. Fabulous local bus service (12A) and close to the airport via local taxi (or bus #12)."

"Great location lovely view of bay hotel was amazing only downfall at hotels was staff sometimes had to wait 10 to 20 minutes to get served at the bar and on check out nobody there to settle bar bill of £5.85 for a pint of beer and got email to say I'd left the property without paying lol if someone was there at reception i would have sorted my bill out but had to leave as taxi was waiting ✋️ 😀 "

"Great customer service and a lovely convenient location. Overall the hotel is a lovely environment. However, the bathroom had a very old green suite with a rusty plug hole and a not very nice white shower curtain. The bed seemed very small and the quilt cover was not adequate in size, for two people. There were no water bottles to use to boil water for making tea, so the only water to make tea with, was the bathroom water!!! Thank you for your great customer service, much appreciated "

"Lovely stay at the Royal Hotel. Staff were very friendly, room was fine, beds not the most comfortable, maybe a little too warm. Location a short walk from center of town. Breakfast selection was very good, as it was out of season it was not a buffet, but cooked to order. Free car parking is a big positive. Overall a good stay! "
