"It was bearable, but more roach motel than hotel. Dark and dingy room at the back overlooking a swamp-like swimming pool and AC units. Bed reasonably comfortable, pillows (or rather pillow) dreadful. Inconveniently separate toilet and bathroom. Breakfast not worth the money really, but the coffee was nice. Host was agreeable and friendly. Sadly this was the only place we could find as most were fully booked. Next time, I’ll look more in advance and get something better. "

"Charming very clean little wooden chalet with a lovely view over the lakes from a large balcony with sunloungers and a table for 6. Set on a small family run camping site it is in beautiful grounds. Nathalie cannot do enough, very friendly and helpful checking regularly that everything is ok and nothing more can be done. There are free pedalos on one lake and other activities and games. It is a 20 minute walk through the trees and by lakes to the village where there are shops and a super u. Bread is delivered in the mornings and there are food trucks and a mini market with local crafts and produce (honey, wines and crafts etc) evey monday in high season. We had a lovely holiday."
