"Really nice villa, much more reasonably priced that your average three bed with a pool! What could be improved; larger beds and better mattresses and a little TlC in the garden, (weeding by poolside and on petanque area)."

"The house, location, amenities and facilities are all superb. The position of the house with its stunning views is beautiful. The pool is lovely and the shaded barbecue and eating area are excellent. Beds are comfy with good quality pillows. The area is really lovely, with plenty to see and do. The village of Durban Corbières is a typical small French village, with all basic amenities and is a 10 minute walk (albeit a bit steep on the way back). All our negative scores are related to the water...

"This little gem is in such a quiet location with an amazing view. We use to relax with a gin on the loungers looking out across the vineyard and view beyond. The Pool was the best we have ever had in over 15 years of staying in Gites in France. Jean-Pierre was extremely helpful and informative, including recommending a lovely restaurant nearby. The only annoying thing was the lack of standard basic necessities, i.e. Loo roll, dishwasher tablets, bin liners . So if you fly in you have to buy all...
