"We chose the location because the transport links and walkable distance to places we needed to visit. However, our room window was toward a noisy street and it was pretty loud all night. It’s very clean and cosy, but the lighting in the rooms is really only suitable if you want to just sleep there, if you need to work a bit there is no adequate lighting and only one power socket by the desk. It’s a perfect hotel for holiday stay, but not perfect so for work trips. "

"The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking. To sum up, a good value for a business traveler who cares about budget."

Great location, far enough for quite, but close for most things (10-15 minutes stroll walk). Lots of free to use sports equipment and great facilities to keep you entertained! "I have never seen something like this, but there was nobody at the reception after 20.30, so we couldn't get in, and of course got no room. (It was prepaid.) They said there is no issue, since I should have contacted them if I knew I'm going to arrive late :DDD (They didn't feel the need to contact me about a prepaid room to say that they are going to leave, so there will be nobody in the building. Nevermind... ridiculous.) Dear Hotel Le Terral, use my money wisely."

There are laundry facilities with broken machines, inoperative vending machines and a surly and unpleasant part-time reception staff who diminished the quality of this stay. I rebooked based upon a much better previous experience. The lock to my room door broke and I was forced to stay in all day and wait for someone to repair it. "Bonjour à tous, suite à notre réservation pour nos musiciens, nous avons demandé à prendre les lieux à 14h30 au lieu de 17h confirmez par la réception la veille. Le jour de notre arrivée le responsable nous dit que pas possible est que son personnel était pas prêt avant les 17h. "Great value for the price. Close to shops and restaurants. We checked in on Sunday so we got all the instructions by email and in the safety box envelope. The only downside was that we had to fit the bedsheets and pillowcases ourselves, perhaps due to lack of service staff on Sunday. We also had to bring the rubbish out prior check out and the bath tub plug would not seal"
