She doesn't speak French, so she was very impressed with the staff ability to communicate with her and help her with all her needs. Customer service is what made this property to stand out. "I’ve stayed here twice, my only issue with this properly is the code/pin entry to the building & rooms, as sometimes they fail you can’t get in. I arrived at 2pm, but the desk is technically open at 4pm. There is a machine outside to check you in if the desk is closed. 1st booking was direct & received the codes. 2nd time via Expedia my booking ref number didn’t work & we nearly had to wait, was almost stuck. Luckily a guy from outside let us in with his code & called Sabrina. Whom opened...
