For shared use: indoor pool heated (5 x 7 m, depth 110 - 130 cm). In the complex: internet access, sauna (extra). Storage room for skis. Parking (limited number of spaces). Restaurant 50 m, bar 40 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "St Jean de Maurienne" 10 km. Ski lift 50 m, ski rental 10 m, ski school 70 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: LES SYBELLES. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
2-room apartment 50 m2 on 2 levels on 2nd floor, south facing position. Simple and beautiful furnishings: entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 large room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin and shower. Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Large balcony 8 m2. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Parking space n 21 (roofed, 1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

La propreté laisse a désiré.
Une lessive du dessus de lit, plaid sur le canapé ainsi que sur les coussins du salon et les oreillers aurait était la bienvenue. Pour le reste rien a redire.
