"The location is lovely. The hotel is clean and very quite and next to the ski slopes. However, for a brand new 4-star hotel, we were quite disappointed with the service. The breakfeast is more corresponding to a 2-star hotel. "Excellent experience - Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Room was modern, spacious and clean, with cabinets to store shoes, jackets, and get bags off the floor. Situated in the downtown area, it’s a convenient walk to restaurants, shops, and a grocery. Parking and the train station are both an easy five minute walk from the hotel. "
