"Very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Given rail passes for free transit during our stay. Train station a short walk from hotel. So we just left the car parked free and used the train to explore the area. "

"The staff at the front desk were fabulous. We enjoyed talking with them. They were able to recommend restaurants and things to do. The hotel was close to everything but far enough from the noise of the center of town. Each evening we had a bottle of wine out on their terrace next to the river that runs next to the hotel. Beautiful and relaxing with great views of the mountains.Close walking to the cablecars for hiking or to Aiguilles du midi. We enjoyed the hospitality of free coffee, waters and afternoon cakes. The rooms are on the smaller side but very comfy. No air conditioning so we slept with the doors open to balcony and the outside air. No bugs! Perfect for us. Highly recommend for your stay in Chamonix!"
