Did not end up using the resort amenities because the house was already so well equipped with games, pool, spa, and other entertainments. Very well kept and clean. Really characterful house with high ceilings and big windows decorated in a really relaxing modern style. The garden is great....basically completely walled and not overlooked at all. "We were really disappointed with this rental. It was far below what we’ve experienced in past vacation rentals. It was remote and rustic bordering on dilapidated. The main problem, however, was an infestation of house flies and ants, swarming in the kitchen at times. The host vacuumed up the ants the first night and then brought some fly paper and an ant trap two days later which unfortunately did little to mitigate the problem.
