"We stayed here for a week for a ski trip. The staff leading up to the trip was extremely helpful and made sure we had tickets, rentals, etc. all with some discounts added. The property is just as it’s described. It was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location was perfect right in the middle of town. "It is a quaint little cabin that has all the amenities. Care should be taken with the stairs, as they are steep! But the view from the top floor is amazing and well worth it. Our host Colleen gave us lots of personal care and attention which we really appreciated."

"This property was a very nice and peaceful place for my family to stay during our ski vacation in Chamonix. It was only a short distance from the main city area, and several ski locations making it very convenient for us to enjoy a little of everything! "We enjoyed our stay at Les Balcons du Savoy. The room was clean and comfortable for 2 people. Our balcony was roomy with a spectacular view of Mont Blanc. The kitchen was well equipped. The property was a short walk from the main shopping street in a quiet area. A ski bus (#14) stopped a few steps from the hotel. The elevator stopped working for one day but luckily was quickly repaired. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"Wir waren über Auffahrt 2023 mit Freunden in der Rocalillielodge. Es waren wunderschöne Tage. Die Kinder hatten viel Spass im Pool und die Erwachsenen haben den Whirlpool, die bequemen Betten und den grosszügigen Aufenthaltsraum sehr genossen. Demmy war extrem hilfsbereit und bei einem Problem sofort zur Stelle. Einfach toll!"

"We always love staying at Le Cristal de Jade when visiting Chamonix; it’s our go-to place! The property is beautifully maintained, and the pool area is a wonderful spot to relax after a day out in the mountains. One area for improvement would be ensuring the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before check-in. During our last stay, we noticed it wasn’t as spotless as we’ve come to expect. A little more attention to detail would make the experience even better."
