"Hotel Zenitude is a really good apart hotel in a lovely town. A short walk uphill to the centre of Beziers. Very clean and comfortable , large bathroom. Very quiet with a nice view from balcony. All front of house people friendly and very informative. Only complaint was that the hot rings in the kitchen didn’t work properly "

"We spent a very quiet and restful 3 weeks exploring the area. The weather was not kind to us but it did not spoil the pleasure we found at the property which was comfortable and cozy! We enjoyed preparing our own meals in the perfectly adequate kitchen. We enjoyed the sports we watched on TV. It was a shame to see the damage to the palm tree caused by the dreadful storms we endured. Thank you for allowing us to rent your property, we really enjoyed our visit."

"First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. With no smoke alarms, this is unbelievably dangerous. The facilities were adequate...
