"We had to move 1 of the rooms because of the smell. Both rooms were down market and dirty. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridors as well. Sound proofing was poor so we were kept awake by shouting and arguments in other rooms. Parking was supposed to be an option but when we arrived they told us it had to be booked at least 15 days in advance. So we had to leave the car on a dodgy street round the corner. "We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the room size especially when traveling with a child. The hotel is not a 5 star hotel but the location is great. It’s close to the louvre and walking distance to the gardens and shopping. There is construction happening directly in front of the hotel. Our washer was broken in our room, but the hotel staff took our wet clothes and washed and dried it downstairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"The property was at a convenient location to walkable shops, groceries, cafes, and restaurants. It is also right down the street from both train stations Du Gard and L'Este. "Very rare to have washer and dryer in any hotel in Paris but Residhome has them both. Rooms are clean and spacious. Close to train station, about 5 minutes walk, and lots of dining options."
