House 110 m² labeled Atout Tourisme 3 stars located 5 km from Saint Malo and Cancale. Close to the greenway and cycle path of the bay of Mont Saint Michel. Shops within walking distance. The house includes: Enclosed garden of 400 m², terrace with pergola, garden furniture, and gas barbecue at your disposal. Garage to store your bikes, windsurfing equipment, washing machine, dryer, etc. On the ground floor, a large living room, dining room with open fitted kitchen, a master suite with a 140 cm bed, separate toilet, and bathroom. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and two bedrooms with a 160 cm bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. The bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes. Bed linen and towels are provided. Travel cot, high chair, and baby bath available upon request. Non-smoking house. Free public parking. Pets not allowed. Optional: Cleaning upon departure for 80 €. Electric bike rental for 30 €/day. Bike rental for 10 €/day.
