Though I can not speak in French, it is very easy to communicate with the owner with google translate. She always smiles and this is the hospitality for. The house itself is brand new and clean. There is no difference between what I saw in the internet and reality. If I have a chance to go to Brittany again, I have no hesitation to stay here again."

"What a lovely little property - it had all we needed for our stay in St Malo. Ideally situated for 20 minute walk to the old town, the kitchen was very well equipped, the sofa bed was comfortable to sit on downstairs. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs were perfectly adequate and the bed was comfortable. It was a nice surprise to be provided with bedding, towels and soap. The only downside for us - as we are both over 60 was the steep staircase (which was clearly pictured) - but we did get used...

Only a few minutes walk from a gorgeous patisserie, the place it’s self has been beautifully and lovingly designed to a very high standard and our only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer. "Central location with beautiful view of the Rance and all the attendant water activities, a comfortable property that is showing some signs of wear (kitchen is a bit tired and some parts are broken) but has the essentials - a good shower, comfortable beds and lots of hot water. The host was prompt and efficient, Phillipe speaks good English for those that struggle with French (like me) and could not have been any more helpful. As for the village, having been several times it’s easy to slip into...
