" I arrived by car in the evening. The hotel is poorly signed and I had problems locating it. Otherwise nice location with pleasant staff and great rooms. For the number of rooms I find 2 elevators too little - too much waiting time. "

"The hotel itself is a good place to stay, I like the double doors to the room which help to reduce any corridor noise. The room was pretty well appointed. Shower over tiny bath was small but sufficed. Breakfast was lovely. When I checked in, there was a mistake regarding my room being ready...but this was corrected quickly and all was well. "We walked to the hotel from the train station. We went out the main doors of the train station. We could have made it much easier on ourselves if we went to the lower level and crossed under the tracks. Otherwise, the hotel was great. Not too expensive, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed."

"France was really helpful prior to and on arrival. Bed superbly comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and the lovely Buddha garden was perfect and dog safe. You do need to speak French to communicate easily. "

"An AMAZING beautiful hotel conveniently located in prime area. The entire staff was POSITIVELY the best!!! I can not say enough good things about the entire staff. From the moment we stepped in to the lobby we were catered to as if we were Royalty. They were so accommodating and helpful. I have stayed all over the World and spend at least 100 nights a year at hotels and the Hotel Pavie staff is at the very top and of my list!! The Restaurant is fabulous and if you can get a reservation it is a must do. I can not wait to return."

B&B HOTEL Bordeaux Saint André De Cubzac

"This time the automatic check in was a massive mess. 1 it did not accept my credit card from the booking or the QR code to release the code to the safety gate to enter the hotel parking or my room. 2 it then charged me twice the deposit/incidental fee. That was corrected without me Asking by the personnel the next day so service once a human is involved is great and friendly. 3 I call the help desk and no-one responded during the nearly 40 minutes it took me trying different cards, the system Doing a full reboot, getting it somehow to work again and gaining access to my room. 4 in the end I got the code and access, the staff the next morning apologies profusely and said there must have been a mass outage as normally the help desk is very responsive. So one good experience before, one no so good this time. I’ll give it another go as the people there are very friendly and it’s a good value for money stay and breakfast."

"Thank you for a lovely stay in the house. The kids enjoyed the sports facilities and the development is peaceful and secure. Spacious garden and house, even for 5 of us and the house could have still been comfortable with more people. Great location, close to shops etc., but still a quiet location surrounded by sunflowers. "
