"We loved staying at this property. The hotel common areas and rooms are beautiful and the staff is very helpful. Fresh bottles of water are delivered daily. The hotel lobby is lovely and having 2 Michelin star JYS in the building was a bonus. Proximity to old town was perfect. Close enough to walk daily without being in the middle of the crowds. "

The building is loaded with charm, and some quirks due to it's era, yet is has been modernized in the areas that are important - the bathrooms. "Although the River was in flood this didn't stop our wonderful evening at the Hotel. The room was delightful. The restaurant out of this world - well it should be with 2 Michelin stars - and the staff we perfect. Except for one who was very grumpy when we arrived early for dinner by 20 minutes! But hey ho the other staff were all dlieghtful and efficient. A special place."

"First time in Alsace, very impressed. The room is right in the centre of a beautiful town, lots of bars, restaurants on your doorstep. Lovely hike from the town up to St Ulrich Chateaux. Plenty of parking in nearby sidestreets overnight, but limited during the day. Wonderful breakfast, the lady who served us each day was very friendly and hospitable. A unique place to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it and would happily stay again. "

"Very poor service, uncomfortable room, AC will not work if not summer even in warm and hot days, Mosquitos will not let you sleep. We stayed there for 3 nights, on the first night they gave us room 35, in this room the ceiling was low, my wife and I got many hit on the head as we tried to raise our head from the bed, you can hardly stand in the sower and be careful when standing near the sink and the toilet. Stay away and choose another hotel."

"We stayed here for one night en route back from Italy. Hotel is situated within easy reach of the main road and there are some facilities within walking distance for food. There is plenty of parking onsite. The hotel and room was clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. There was shower gel and handwash provided.
