"Debs flat in Hythe was great, just as described. The location was wonderful, the sea was just across the street. The flat was spacious, clean, and well heated, with comfortable beds and nice amenities. The neighbors upstairs could occasionally be noisy late at night. Light sleeper you will be fine with earplugs. Debs and Phil were easy to contact and helpful in every way. We would be happy to stay here again. "

"The apartment was well situated close to lots of cafes, art galleries, supermarkets and bars. It is also a 5 minute walk down to the beach and magnificent Goat Ledge cafe. The apartment was spacious, modern and clean but felt homely at the same time. I was really impressed with the property manager after I accidentally snapped the key off in the lock to the apartment at 8pm. "We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Penthouse ,the location was great ,a short walk to all the attractions ,restaurants/pubs ,shopping and transport . The flat was well appointed ,we liked the little extra's that were provided .it was comfortable and homely . a nice place to relax in . The communication was great ,and the local information provided was very helpful . We would definitely stay here. again "

"The Location of the house is Perfect! The only thing to criticise was that we booked for 4 People but only got linen and towels for 3. unfortunately no response to my Text Message and Email. We figured it out since we only spent two Nights there. On First sight the house was clean but I discovered old receipts and empty Water bottles under our bed when I checked it before leaving. Apart from that - excellent property I would definitely recommend. "
