"The place is superb - really homely and well furnished. We were there for a nearby wedding but is the perfect base to explore the wider area. We drove across to Saint Emilion for the day which was great. Le Pessaquai Restaurant is a great local option for dinner. Chateau Tour la Cadie just up the road does incredible and really well priced wine! Le Pessàquai Pessac sur Dordogne"

"From first contact, Nathalie was extremely helpful, we got a great video for check in as we were arriving very late at night. The wine was great, we know, we drank enough of it!! The house was clean and spacious with lots of games, the swimming pool was perfect, we all loved the diving board. We nicknamed the pool hoover Janice, she was a bit annoying in the pool all the time but the pool was clean so worth it I suppose. The local town is very quiet, Boulangerie is permanently closed and the bar was seemingly hardly open. Luckily, within 10 minutes drive either way there are some great Boulangeries, one in Ruazan was amazing (doesn’t show up on maps though!) There is a good SuperU in Sauveterre-de-Guyenne and also everything else you need which is less than ten minutes drive away. The vineyards are stunning and made the perfect backdrop to a wonderful stay. Thank you ☺️ "

"Our family had such an amazing stay at this property. The location is wonderful as surrounded by vineyards and nature in a lovely quiet setting. The house is perfect for families, spotlessly clean, spacious and plenty of facilities for young children. There was a collection of toys, paddling pool, sun loungers, bbq, table tennis to name just a few. The rooms are so comfortable and had a great sleep. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. Location wise, we are very close to Soussac for local shops and a wonderful restaurant and Bergerac only being a 30-40 min drive. The hosts are a delight and was amazing at helping us check in as we arrived late at night due to delays. We could not have had a more enjoyable holiday at the gîte and will return for sure."

"We spent the month of June at the gite, and we really loved it. It was clean, comfortable, well kept and had everything we needed to live as if at home for a month. We particularly enjoyed the pool! Any questions or problems we had, Christophe was helpful, responsive and friendly. The location is perfect for an easy drive to great restaurants, chateaus, grocery stores, etc. We had our 2 dogs with us, and there is loads of space for them to wander although it isn’t enclosed. You’ll need to trust your dog to let them off lead. The vet in Rauzan was great if you did have any pet issues."
