"No communications. Hidden costs, held to ransom after arrival to get keys. Dirty And worst of all no bed sheets , pillow cases or duvet covers. When asked where they were was told not listed in ad and hung up on. Agreed the listing didn’t say bedding included but didn’t say it wasn’t and for the expensive cost I would have expected it. This is basically a PGL style bunk house. Avoid at all costs."

"We stayed as a family of 4, with two teenagers. Plenty of space for all of us. Children had their own room each and upstairs bathroom. Excellent location for Caen and Bayeux. Clean house with plenty of utensils. Although due to the weather we didn’t sit outside, the garden is very well kept and large. It would be ideal to use in warmer weather. We took our own bedding and towels as these were an extra cost, but this didn’t bother us. We would highly recommend the house and would visit again in...

"We were very impressed with the property and our group really enjoyed staying there on our way back to get the ferry home. The kids in the group particularly enjoyed using the swimming pool. Guests should be aware that cleaning is not included in the costs"
