Venez séjourner dans une maison contemporaine dans la campagne du Lot-et-Garonne, totalement indépendante, composée d’un rez-de-chaussée et d’un demi-étage. Ce gîte est idéal pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis.
Terrain privatif bordé par une petite route de campagne et situé au cœur de la propriété agricole/céréalière du propriétaire en activité. Terrasse de 70 m². Table extérieure.

Gîte non-fumeur. Animaux domestiques acceptés (maximum 2). Gîte sans WIFI.

Sur place : Livres. Jeux de société. Lecteur DVD. Piscine totalement privée (13m x 6m), fond plat de 1,45 m environ avec escalier sécurisée par une clôture avec portail sécurisé. Portique. Ouverture piscine : De Juin à Septembre. Accueil vélo possible.

A savoir pour votre arrivée :
- L'électricité consommée en supplément (forfait de 8KWH par jour soit 56KWH par semaine) n'est pas comprise dans les tarifs et sera à régler sur place en supplément après relevé des compteurs (selon le montant du prix du KWH indiqué sur la facture).
- Une caution de 400€ sera à remettre au propriétaire à votre arrivée.
- Possibilité de forfait ménage en fin de séjour : 130€, à régler sur place (obligatoire si présence animaux domestiques).
- Location de draps : 25€ la paire, lits non faits. (réservation plus d'une semaine à l'avance)
- Draps bébé : 20€ la paire.
