"Very charming town, fabulous view from the hotel, friendly and helpful staff, close to everything. It was great to watch the fishing boats come in and out of the port."

"This was just the property I was hoping for when booking a trip with my daughter to the historic beaches of Normandy. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. Service was also basic but prompt and polite. And food was available in the hotel both morning and evening. We had a great vacation and I'd happily recommend the Ibis Port en Bessin"

"3 nights overlooking Omaha Beach, unfortunately the weather was not good, very windy Accommodation was adequate, a comfortable chair would have been nice, good heating and plenty of hot water Bar didn’t open until 6pm with no lunchtime service "

"Lovely overnight stay. Small room and en-suite but fine for one night. Good buffet breakfast had everything we needed. Good location for bars, shops and restaurants but not noisy. We didn’t have a car, but the public car park was 5 minutes away. We will stay there again."

"Our five night stay in this beautiful chateau was a delight. It is set in lovely countryside and is very quiet and peaceful. It is an excellent base for exploring northern Normandy. We drove to Mont St.Michel, Bayeux etc from here. You really do need a vehicle to get around. A few restaurants are 10 mins or so away in the local village. "Loved the property and its location, Marie-Helene and Claude very welcoming. Kids loved the pool and the grounds, was a great base for us to explore Normandy, would definitely recommend to others, was also lovely to be shown round their own chateau and hear the history behind it. "
